Knicole serves as a Senior Legal Advisor at Cabrera and Company, where she brings extensive expertise in legal and regulatory due diligence reviews as well as transaction advisory services for infrastructure and public-private partnership (PPP) projects. Over the years, she has held diverse roles in multinationals including publicly listed companies both in the Philippines and abroad, as well as a position with the nation’s largest toll road operator.

Her practice areas span legal and compliance due diligence—particularly for transportation companies and entities involved in government procurement—and legal and regulatory framework across industries such as defense, aviation, water, construction, data/online services, and renewable energy. In addition, she has managed tax advisory and compliance requirements for foreign companies operating in markets including the USA, Brazil, Japan, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Egypt, and Singapore.

Knicole obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at the University of Santo Tomas and received her Juris Doctor degree from San Beda College of Law Alabang. She is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
