Brando is a Partner of Cabrera & Company, a member firm of the PwC network. He has more than 20 years of experience in providing legal, corporate and regulatory services to a wide range of industry sectors, primarily to multinational companies. He has extensive experience in tax and legal due diligence reviews and structuring in connection with various clients’ mergers and acquisition projects of companies engaged in various industries, including automotive, oil and gas, mining, energy, logistics and transport, telecommunications, real estate, and consumer industrial products and services.

His previous involvement in various financial audits of multinational companies, gives him a strong background in dealing with accounting matters as well as compliance with regulatory requirements.

From March 2013 to June 2014, Brando worked with the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center of the Philippines, a government agency assisting other government agencies in developing, preparing and implementing Public-Private Partnership projects in the Philippines. He was the Director of PPP Center’s Project Development Service, which is the core service of the Center responsible for providing technical assistance, advisory and facilitation services to government agencies and local government units in the areas of project development, preparation, and bidding.
