Mariane A. Suzuki
Mariane is a Legal Advisor at Cabrera & Company, where she specializes in tax litigation and also handles engagements involving mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an Associate in a small-sized law firm in Angeles City, Pampanga where she gained extensive experience in civil, criminal, family, labor, and administrative cases. She likewise handled legal advisory work as well as contract review and documentation.
She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Arellano University School of Law in 2022 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Management of Financial Institutions from De La Salle University - Manila.
