Naomi C. Palanca
Naomi Palanca is a Legal Advisor at Cabrera & Company. Her practice encompasses tax litigation, tax and legal advisory, and legal and regulatory due diligence for companies in the power and energy, as well as media production and distribution sectors. She likewise handles contract review, corporate restructuring, and estate settlement.
Naomi earned her Bachelor of Science in Legal Management from San Beda University and obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 2024. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in January 2025.
Prior to joining Cabrera & Company, Naomi was a Junior Associate at a law firm in Pasig City, where she developed a broad-based practice covering criminal, civil, and administrative litigation. She also handled matters involving contract review, corporate governance, and intellectual property.
