Harold is a Partner in Cabrera & Company, also a Philippine member firm of the PwC network. His legal experience includes advising and securing inbound working visas and work permits of expatriates, contract review, legal consultations, legal due diligence, corporate secretarial work, representations before the Court of Tax Appeals, trial courts, appellate courts and quasi-judicial bodies involving tax, labour, immigration, civil and criminal matters.

Harold is also a Tax Principal of PwC Philippines. He is a lawyer with more than 22 years of extensive experience in corporate incentives, corporate registration and retirement, corporate compliance and reorganization, tax treaties, tax consultancy, administrative tax refunds and tax assessments
