Brigitte Anne A. Mupas
Brigitte is a legal advisor of Cabrera & Company, specializing in tax litigation and judicial compromise settlements.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting degree at the University of Santo Tomas - Manila in 2017 and obtained her Juris Doctor degree from San Sebastian College Recoletos - Manila in 2022. After successfully passing the 2022 Philippine bar exam, she became a full-fledged lawyer in May 2023.
Prior to joining the firm, Brigitte served as a Senior Associate at Isla Lipana & Co. (PwC Philippines), focusing on tax litigation at the Court of Tax Appeals. In addition, she also has extensive experience in assisting in administrative compromise settlements of tax assessments with the Bureau of Internal Revenue and in providing legal and tax advisory services to international retail brands and importers.
Currently, Brigitte actively represents taxpayers before the Court of Tax Appeals. She is also engaged in mergers and acquisitions, contract reviews, and legal due diligence.
