Leah T. Martizano
Leah is a Senior Legal Advisor at Cabrera & Company, with strong background in corporate transactional matters, corporate governance, and legal compliance.
Prior to joining Cabrera and Company, she has extensive experience as a general counsel for local and international corporations - overseeing all the legal affairs of the different business units and service lines. Her exposure to corporate dynamics developed her acumen to come up with practical solutions that support the business objectives with minimal risks. Her practice areas include real estate, corporate and commercial law, labor, litigation, tax, and infrastructure.
She is a graduate of Ateneo de Manila University where she completed her degree in B.S. Management Engineering and Master in Business Administration. She obtained her juris doctor from Arellano University School of Law. She is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
