Kenneth Paolo M. Lugtu
Kenneth is a Senior Legal Advisor at Cabrera & Company, specializing in tax litigation. He has handled numerous cases involving Tax Assessments, Tax Refunds, Customs Valuation Disputes, and appeal BIR Rulings, among others, representing both domestic and multinational clients from various sectors including shipping and logistics, insurance, real estate, social media, media, cryptocurrency, hospitality, manpower, agriculture, etc. Aside from Tax Litigation, he also handles engagements involving legal due diligence, mergers & acquisitions? tax structuring, and tax advisory.
Prior to joining CabCo, he was a Senior Associate at Isla Lipana & Co. - PwC Philippines wherein he handled engagemets involving tax litigation, legal due diligence, tax assessments, and megers & acquisitions. He also handled several labor litigation cases prior to joining PwC Philippines.
He received his Juris Doctor degree from San Beda College - Alabang School of Law in 2022 and was admitted to the Philippie Bar in 2023. He also holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of the East - Manila.
