Chiara Feliz C. Gutierrez
Chiara is a lawyer experienced in tax consultancy work for multinational and domestic companies. She has diverse experience in advising clients that are key players in various industries such as manufacturing, trading, business process outsourcing, manning, talent solutions, service, hotel and hospitality, mining, real estate, advertising, shipping and energy and power.
Her specialization is corporate taxation, tax structuring and planning, transactional tax, cross-border transactions including in-bound and out-bound investments, and mergers and acquisition consulting. Her experience includes assisting in and working on international projects nvolving global reorganizations, acquisitions and divestment. She also handles tax audit resolutions for her clients and assists them in securing tax rulings from the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
Chiara obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo Law School. She completed her undergraduate degree at De La Salle University – Manila. Chiara has likewise completed basic and advanced international tax trainings.
