Theressa Fely D. Enriquez
Fely is a Legal Advisor at Cabrera & Company and a Senior Associate at the Office of the General Counsel. Her practice areas include civil, criminal, administrative, and labor litigation, as well as regulatory compliance, data privacy, insider trading, human capital, and ethics.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Service, major in International Trade, magna cum laude, from the Lyceum of the Philippines University-Manila in 2018. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree with thesis, minor in International Law Practice from the University of San Carlos in 2023, where she received a Best Thesis Award for her work on AI ethics and governance.
In 2017, Fely was awarded a Fulbright scholarship to pursue non-degree studies in International Business and Trade at the University of Arkansas, where she was named to the Dean's List. She passed the Philippine Bar Examination in 2024 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in January 2025.
Prior to joining the firm, Fely served as a Legal Officer for a local government unit, where she handled litigation, conducted legal research, and drafted legal opinions to inform city policy decisions. She also previously worked at an e-commerce startup, leading sales initiatives and managing customer engagement.
