Aimee Rose D. Dela Cruz
Aimee is a Partner at Cabrera & Company, and concurrently a Principal at PwC Philippines' Tax Services Group. She offers relevant experience in various tax, corporate and legal work. As a lawyer, her diverse corporate expertise includes corporate structuring, re-organizations, business combinations, setting up of company, corporate secretarial, increase in capitalization, mergers and acquisitions, liquidations, and representations with government and incentives-granting agencies for both domestic and multinational clients.
She also handles legal and regulatory due diligence reviews. Her practice area also includes labor assistance, particularly, employment standards and relations, termination and disputes. She also does contracts review, estate planning and local and national tax assessments.
Her current clients are mostly engaged in the industry of Information Technology, Business Process Outsourcing, retail, manufacturing, trading, importing, construction, logistics, pharmaceutical and media.
Aimee earned her Bachelor of Arts major in Political Science from the University of Santo Tomas. She finished her law studies at Arellano University School of Law while working full time with the firm. She became a lawyer in 2012 and currently a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. She has recently completed the Management Development Program from the Asian Institute of Management.
