Rubie Rose O. Culala
Rubie is a Legal Advisor at Cabrera & Company. Her practice areas include tax litigation, mergers and acquisitions, labor, legal, and regulatory due diligence on companies engaged in business process outsourcing, power and energy, as well as tax and legal consulting.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Management and Accounting from Ateneo de Naga University, cum laude in May 2019, and obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Santo Tomas - Legazpi in June 2023. Rubie was admitted to the Philippine Bar in December 2023.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as a Junior Associate in a boutique law firm in Makati where she handled various civil, family, criminal, and special proceedings litigation, business registration, contract review, buy-side real estate due diligence, corporate secretarial and compliance matters, and immigration cases. She was also appointed as Assistant Corporate Secretary for a corporate client.
