Benina Cristianne T. Bautista
Benina is a Legal Advisor at Cabrera & Company. Her practice areas include infrastructure and public-private partnership (PPP) projects, tax structuring, tax litigation, contract review, and general corporate advisory.
She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management from De La Salle University Manila and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Philippine Christian University.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an Associate in a medium-sized law firm in Bulacan, where she handled a broad range of cases, including criminal, civil, family, and special proceedings. Benina is an active member of the Kababaihan Manananggol ng Bulacan and is a commissioned Notary Public in the same jurisdiction. She is also engaged in the academe as a part-time professor at Bulacan State University under the College of Tourism and Hospitality Management, and at the College of Law of Philippine Christian University.
