Joelle is a Senior Legal Advisor of Cabrera and Company. Her practice areas include tax, legal and regulatory advice for infrastructure companies, asset transfer, contract review, and legal due diligence.

She has handled tax and legal consulting engagements in diverse industries including real estate, infrastructure, gaming, manufacturing, construction and PPP, online services, hospital industry, and renewable energy. She also has experience in handling tax advisory and regulatory requirements for foreign companies (Japan, China, India, Indonesia, Brunei, Hong Kong, Singapore), tax refund before various Local Government Units and the Bureau of Internal Revenue, and tax litigation before the Court of Tax Appeals.

Joelle obtained her bachelor of science degree in legal management minor in marketing at the Ateneo de Manila University. She received her Juris Doctor degree from San Beda College of Law-Alabang. She is a member of the Philippine bar.
